Novotel Hotel truly makes you feel at home. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist. At the reception, Rishika's genuine smile and warm hospitality are outstanding. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cozy, with thoughtful amenities for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, close to key attractions yet peaceful. The on-site dining options are delicious and cater to all tastes. The hotel also offers excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and top-notch spa services. Overall, Novtil Hotel provides a home-away-from-home experience, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Highly recommended!

Terrible experience. Staff were nice and friendly but I shall never return. Room very tired. Could use some paint, for starters! 2 paper cups for the room. More like a cheap motel! But, $600 for 2 nights. Pool looks nice but we didn’t get to use it.

Loved the staff, not the room.

The staff here are wonderful and helpful. Unfortunately, we had some problems with our room and although they were addressed somewhat, I would not recommend this place if you are planning to spend much time in the room. Our hairdryer was broken. The pullout couch had no sheets the first night and only one thin blanket from the closet. There were only 2 hangers for 2 people. We had 2 paper cups for the entire room. For me, travelling for the first time as a disabled senior, I was very disappointed with the bathroom entry, which was very impossible for me to use in my new wheelchair. The staff attended to this immediately but it was obvious I was not the first person to experience this problem in the‘handicapped room’! The king bed was heavenly. The pool looks great. Too bad it didn’t meet my expectations.

Very good hotel I stayed there for business the service was very good cheaper than other hotel in the area,spacious room and loved the coffee in the room also pool was clean and not crowded. Definitely I will be back.

A group o booking was offered for a wedding I was attending. The Hotel was aware that the wedding was taking place at 4:00 and when we arrived we were told that the Check-in was not before. 3:00, we did get it at 2:30 but after driving for 5hrs and having to get ready (shower and dress) and hoping to get to rest a bit we were rush to get to the ceremony . I was not impressed that the hotel would offer a group booking if they could not accommodate. If the hotel would stop cutting down on services and start thinking about the customer the rooms would have been ready. I booked 2 rooms asking for connecting room and they did not provide it. SOrry this hotel should learn what customer service is.
